It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Homes Expo 2025. This gathering is more than an exhibition; it is a platform for reimagining how Ugandans live, invest, and build for the future.
Our theme, “Access to Quality Living and the Pathway to a Green Future”, challenges us to go beyond housing as shelter and to pursue dignity, affordability, and sustainability in every home we build.
This year we honour the National Housing and Construction Company (NHCC) on its 60th anniversary, recognising six decades of shaping Uganda’s real estate landscape.
